I am a mathematician currently working as a post-doctoral researcher at University of Cambridge. Before this appointment I spent a year as a post-doctoral researcher at IBM T.J. Watson Research Center. My research is on quantum computing and quantum information.

I have PhD in mathematics from University of Waterloo (supervised by Andrew Childs and Debbie Leung) where I was affiliated with Institute for Quantum Computing. I was twice a summer intern at NEC Labs in Princeton. I did my undergraduate degree in computer science at University of Latvia. My wife is Amandine Lassalle.
